🔒 Is my data safe and private?

Absolutely! Save Your Day is designed with privacy as a core principle. All your journal entries, memories, and personal data are stored locally on your device. We never collect, access, or transmit any of your personal information.

📱 Does the app work offline?

Yes! Save Your Day works completely offline. No internet connection is required to use any features of the app. All your data is stored locally on your device.

🔄 Can I transfer my data to a new device?

Yes! Export your data from your old device using the export feature, then import it on your new device using the import feature. This will transfer all your journal entries, memories, and settings.

🗑️ How do I delete my data?

Simply delete the app from your device. Since all data is stored locally, deleting the app will remove all your data. Make sure to export your data first if you want to keep a backup!

📊 Does the app track my usage?

No! We don't track any usage statistics, analytics, or behavioral data. Your privacy is completely protected.

⭐ How do I rate my day?

Tap the "Day Rating" button when adding an entry, then select a rating from 1-10. You can also add an optional summary to explain why you gave that rating.

📅 How do I view my entries on the calendar?

Tap the calendar button in the top-right corner to see a monthly view of your entries. Days with entries will show colored dots indicating the types of entries you made.

Troubleshooting

🚨 App won't open or crashes

Force close the app and restart it
Restart your device
Check if you have enough storage space (at least 100MB free)
Update to the latest version of the app
If the problem persists, reinstall the app (export your data first!)

💾 Data not saving

Check that you have sufficient storage space on your device
Try restarting the app
Make sure you're not in airplane mode (though the app works offline, some system functions might be affected)
Contact support if the issue persists

🐌 App is slow or laggy

Close other apps to free up memory
Restart your device
Check available storage space
Update to the latest version of iOS
